Bayfield Ontario
On Saturday we packed up to go to Bayfield Ontario to Den and Laurie's cottage. My visit two years ago was wonderful and it was my goal to immerse myself in Lake Huron as many times as possible. The trip up was uneventful. There was hardly any traffic on the bridge to Canada and the stern, inquisitive border patrolman waved us through. Here are a few pix from day one.
A very relaxed, casual day, quiet and easy with good conversation, time to read, nap, enjoy a tasty taco salad and two episodes of "Doc Martin" - (I think we got Den and Laurie hooked).
