Catching up: From the Coast to Nevada for the New Year

The winter went by so fast and spring is here.  Where did the time go?  J and K have been continuing on the home improvement path, and work, and this and that.  So we didn't write about out trip in December or Beach house weekend in February.  This was a serious omission on our part.  So in brief and told mostly in pictures, here are the tales of "The Coast to Nevada" and "February Beach House Weekend"

A few days after Christmas, with Max at home to watch the farm, Jeff and I took our annual winter trip.  We were headed to Carson City to get away and gamble and bet on the Ducks in the Rose Bowl. And celebrate the New Year, as is our tradition.  But we also wanted to see Shore Acres and the south coast.  So we decided to do both.
